Rooms are small but adequate & the staff is helpful & courteous. A fairly average rooftop bar with complimentary drinks were given for hotel guests. However, the rooms could do with more soundproofing as noise from the traffic outside & next door was significant & the location is a bit far from the MRT, with bus stations serving the main routes required 5-10 minutes of walking. Breakfast was below average in terms of taste, but the serving staff was great. Wifi is also slow to the point of being unusable. All in all, the courteous staff is what saved the day.

The room was clean and the sheets were replaced every day. Free coffee and milk tea. There is a kettle. Our room's bathroom has glass walls but it has a curtain that can be pulled down. Hot and cold shower available. There's toothbrush and hairnet. The bar at the top floor has a good view of the Singapore skyline. The lobby was nice and the receptionists were friendly and efficient. Checking in and out was fast. There is a bus station nearby (around a minute walk). The nearest bus station is around 1 km away (in Chinatown). The surrounding area feels safe and we felt secure. It's also quiet at night outside. The nearest convenience store 1 km away.

Great Location very close to Food Markets and MRT. Room was very clean. Front desk and Cleaning Staff are lovely and the Security Guard is very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to Stay for the first time in Singapore.

Mới 7h sáng lễ tân đã gọi lên phòng bằng điện thoại bàn rất phiền giấc ngủ của mọi người. Phòng nhỏ và không đủ dụng cụ cá nhân như lượt, cạo râu...v.v.. Dịch vụ phòng Bar có hát với nhau thì nhân viên ưu tiên hát hơn so với khách

The room is nice and spacious. It's clean and suitable for family too. It's quite convenient to access other location, and the staff were really friendly.

Very good place for the price in Singapore. Only a 10/15min walk from the MTR station. Plenty of cheap food/shops nearby(Hawker food-delicious). A rooftop bar, a restaurant, a karaoke bar, and a terrace all in the hotel itself. That was such a plus after a long day of walking. Very good, clean, 24hrs reception staff.
